Withdrawals are paid using the same method used for deposits where possible, subject to provider availability and compliance checks. The name on the withdrawal method must match the name registered to your Slotuna account. Virtual currencies, if used for deposits, will be withdrawn to the associated crypto wallet; fiat withdrawals occur to the fiat method selected in your account.
All withdrawal requests require identity verification under a KYC procedure before processing. Slotuna may request additional documentation at any stage. You must complete the necessary verification before withdrawal approval and comply with AML requirements. Funds must be derived from legitimate activities in accordance with applicable law.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 40 USD or equivalent in your account currency. The maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on the selected method. Monthly and daily caps apply for certain methods and for particular winnings types; exact figures are published in your account interface.
Withdrawals in fiat are not available if the deposit was made in virtual currency, and vice versa. Virtual currency withdrawals are to the wallet linked to your Slotuna account; fiat withdrawals are processed via the fiat method chosen during withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and decided within two (2) days of submission. You may cancel a withdrawal request before it is finalized. If additional verification is required, processing may take longer. Availability of funds is subject to successful KYC and AML checks.
To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have wagered the amount of your active deposited funds at least once (x1). Slotuna may apply further wagering or rolling requirements consistent with AML practices.
Slotuna is responsible for processing withdrawals without imposing third-party fees beyond those charged by the payment provider. In cases of chargebacks, Slotuna may reverse the withdrawal, suspend the account, or take other corrective actions. Refunds are handled by Slotuna, with decisions communicated by email within two days. Refunds do not apply to services consumed instantly during gameplay.
